I learned some new and helpful information for myself that I took into consideration:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;1: To KEEP/ SUSTAIN your muscle mass you must consume .025/.050 grams of protein per pound of body weight you have. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;2: To GAIN MUSCLE/ LOOSE WEIGHT you must consume .070/1.00 grams of protein per pound of body weight you have.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;So, I am going to do the six meal a day diet plan which will allot me to consume 100-200 calories per meal. (These are small meals) However, these small meals are ideal to boosting my metabolism, and keeping me satisfied hunger-wise, so I don't feel like snacking!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;Chad &amp;amp; I went to Walfart (walmart) Tonight and I bought some of the following: Tilapia fish (VERY HIGH IN PROTEIN) Salmon (High in protein) Tuna (High in protein) Halibut (High in protein) Non-fat cottage cheese (High in protein) Apples (High in vitamins) LIGHT yogurt (Good all around) All of these are low in calories, which is a huge plus for me, because I need to consume low calories to get to the goals I have in mind. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#663366;"&gt;**p.s, we went to the gym today and I didn't do cardio because I was sick and puking my guts out the day before, so we didn't wanna run and shake the tummy more than needed, so we worked our lil fannies off doing our backs. OOOUUCH, I can feel it already! Yesterday was halloween and I was 'the devils angel' my mom gave me that title, I thought I was just not a nice angel, which aparently shows what her inner feelings are about me! hahah jk. I love it here, I have been here for about 6 months and I wouldn't change it for the world. I love the people that I work with and I love my patients all very much! I have met some pretty amazing people here, with some pretty crazy cool stories. I work (my regular shift) is 6 PM-6 AM, but its not so bad sense I have graduated high school now. During high school I would leave here at 6 AM, and head to school until 2 PM, and WOW, I wondered sometimes why I did it? But I have learned so much about who I am and what I want to be like working here. Its kind of ironic how it happened actually, I went from wanting to train dolphins at sea world ; ] to wanting to be an anesthesiologist.. The story goes somewhat like this: My real dad passed away when I was 7, and the reason is because of a really tragic motorcycle accident that happened in his high school years, through 13 back surgeries, and ZERO improvement he took his own life. Everyday I wish I was old enough to have made a difference. So, I am now a CNA and deal with back surgeries everyday of my life. My dad is my motivation..
